Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you cancel a project, subscription, or package after purchase, refunds are not applicable unless covered under our Cancellation Policy.
- Third-Party Failures: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers (hosting companies, payment gateways, SMS aggregators, etc.).
- Completed Deliverables: Once a development milestone, campaign, or creative is delivered and approved, it is non-refundable.
- DLT Charges: DLT registration or renewal fees are strictly non-refundable, as these are government-mandated compliance costs.
- SMS/Email Credits Used: Consumed credits from bulk SMS or email packages cannot be refunded.
