At Advertia Digital, we aim to provide transparent and flexible services across our development, marketing, SaaS products, and transactional SMS & email solutions. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel projects, subscriptions, or packages purchased through www.advertiadigital.com.
Service & Project Cancellations
Development & Marketing Services:
If you wish to cancel a web development, app development, creative design, or marketing project, you must notify us in writing.
- Cancellations made before the project kickoff may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding administrative or consultation fees).
- Cancellations made after project commencement will not be eligible for refunds on completed milestones or delivered work.
SaaS Product Subscriptions (Clinic Pro, Inventory Plus, Better HR, Ecommerce Buddy, AI Enhancer BDM, Social Creative):
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Transactional SMS & Email Packages
- New Orders: Bulk SMS and Email packages are prepaid and cannot be cancelled.
- Refills: Once additional credits are purchased, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- DLT Registration: DLT setup or renewal charges are non-cancellable as they are government-mandated compliance fees.
Notice Period
For project-based services, we request a minimum 7-day written notice for cancellations. This allows us to wind down resources and hand over any applicable work-in-progress.
Effect of Cancellation
- Any outstanding dues for completed services or consumed credits must be cleared before cancellation is finalized.
- Access to SaaS products will remain available until the end of the paid subscription term.
- For project cancellations, deliverables completed up to the date of cancellation will be handed over once dues are settled.
